Certified Air Masters LLC is a family-run heating and cooling company working out of the Clermont area and covering a good stretch of Central Florida, from Winter Garden and Windermere over to Leesburg, Mount Dora and The Villages, and down through Kissimmee and Davenport. Frank and Ruth own it and run it, which is the short version of why the same people who answer you are the people accountable for the work.

You get a written estimate before anyone starts
Nobody opens up your system, orders a part or quotes a replacement until you've seen the number in writing and said yes to it. That's the rule here. You read the estimate, you decide, and the price you approved is the price the job runs at. If we find something during the work that changes the picture, you hear about it and approve the change before we keep going — not afterward on an invoice.
It's a simple way to work and it takes most of the stress out of a broken air conditioner. You know what you're spending before you spend it, and you can compare our number against anyone else's without feeling rushed into a decision.

Hours, pricing and service area
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. Closed Sunday. Pricing is always confirmed in writing before work begins, and our service area is the 35-town list above — Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Sumter and Seminole county communities, with Clermont at the center of it.
